Do you charge for delivery?
Each store connected with Mycitydukaan.in has its own delivery charges. The delivery charges are mentioned on the checkout page on the app and web.
What is your delivery time?
The delivery time varies for different cities and regions. In some places, our deliveries start as early as 6 AM and the last delivery is completed by 11 PM.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
At this time, we do not offer this option. However, you can cancel your order and re-order from another location
What if I don’t receive my order on time?
More than 70% of our deliveries are completed within a 10-minute time frame. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order may get delayed. In case of an imminent delay, our customer support executives will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
