How do I cancel my order?
Mycitydukaan.in offers easy and hassle-free cancellations. You can cancel your order via the app or the web on the order details page, while it is still in the packing stage.
What if I want to return something?
The timeline for filing a complaint depends on the category the product falls into: Consumable Perishable – Dairy category including meat, seafood, frozen food and FnV, milk, eggs and bread, etc. (48 hours); Consumable Non-Perishable – Groceries, etc. (72 hours); General Merchandise – Electronics, Household Items, Fashion, etc. (72 hours); Freebies Lost Item Issues (72 hours); Fulfilled Wrong Order and MDND (24 hours); boAt Products (24 hours); Book Products (24 hours); and Other Issues – Pests, Fungus or Foreign Material, Expired Products, etc. (no restrictions).
Can I reschedule my order?
We deliver your order in 10 minutes while the store is open in your area. Hence we request you to order only when available. It is not possible to reschedule the order.
